The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and preferably a certificate from a Paralegal school or institute. They should also have experience with litigation and employment law, as well as familiarity with mid-to-large sized firms. As a Paralegal in the Labor & Employment Department, the chosen candidate will assist attorneys and other paralegals with various tasks related to providing legal assistance to clients. This includes conducting fact investigation and research, preparing and drafting legal documents, and managing and maintaining document organization and case files. One of the key responsibilities of this position is utilizing technical systems, specifically litigation support databases and trial presentation software. The candidate should be comfortable and proficient in these systems, as well as have the ability and desire to learn new systems quickly.
