Chicago office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a partner-track intellectual property litigation associate attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience (including brief writing, discovery, and trial preparation) and a desire to take an active role in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and First Amendment litigation. The candidate should preferably have a science or technical background and Patent Bar admission (or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar). Must have outstanding academic credentials, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work as part of a national team.
