Offit Kurman is looking for an experienced litigator to join their Philadelphia or Plymouth Meeting office. The selected attorney will be part of a team handling complex construction and commercial litigation matters.

### Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* 4+ years of civil litigation experience
* Admission in Pennsylvania
* Trial experience (preferred)

### Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Taking depositions
* Going to court
* Preparing witnesses
* Drafting pleadings, briefs and motions
* Trial preparation
