Job Title: Wealth Advisor III - Miami
Experience: 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management, with a demonstrated ability to manage high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services for existing clients.
- Utilize external network and community connections to self-acquire new business.
- Act as an expert level advisor, handling complex banking relationships and using advanced credit knowledge to lead conversations and provide advice.
- Develop relationships with external referral sources and work with various specialists to deliver solutions to clients' financial needs.
- Thrive in a team-based approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions.
- Act as a culture champion, aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external centers of influence, such as regional leadership teams, local advisory board members, and outside professionals.
- Stay updated on economic, legal, financial planning, and investment trends to serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients.
- Maintain appropriate legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance.
- Use sound judgment to manage expenses and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must maintain proper licenses, including Series 7, Series 66, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, as well as Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses.
- 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management, with a demonstrated ability to manage high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
- Advanced credit knowledge and a proven track record of working with complex credit deals.
- Proven working knowledge of deposit, credit, and investment products.
- Successful background in a goal-based, results-driven, sales environment.
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, and certifications such as CFP, CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA.
