A law firm in Houston is seeking a Disability Associate Attorney to join their team. This position entails providing legal advice to clients and representing them at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. The attorney will be responsible for legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels, as well as communicating with clients via telephone, mail, and email throughout the disability process.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in disability cases.
  • Prepare legal documents and evidence for disability hearings.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
