Woodbridge office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks land use attorney with 4-6 years of experience in complex land use matters, including handling applications and attending hearings before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment and other administrative agencies; litigation involving actions in lieu of prerogative writs; and related regulatory and permitting matters. The candidate will be preparing and handling applications for development; handling public hearings; advising clients on land use matters; and working on litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other papers. Experience relating to area in need of redevelopment or rehabilitation area designations, redevelopment plans, and affordable housing is a plus. NJ Bar membership in good standing required.
