Responsibilities:

- Recognizing potential cases during intake process
- Managing caseload of employment discrimination cases
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and filing legal documents
- Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of federal litigation experience
- Knowledge of federal practice
- Ability to handle a large caseload immediately
- Firsthand experience in all aspects of lawsuits
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A commitment to advocating for those who have been deprived of their legal rights
