Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare legal correspondence and documents for attorney review
- Communicate with clients through designated client system
- Assist with hearing preparations and court and discovery deadlines
- Demonstrate proficiency in various software programs, including WORD, EXCEL, and I-Manage
- Possess excellent organizational and file management skills
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and exhibit professionalism and good judgment in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions quickly and efficiently
