## Job Description

The Moore Law Group is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Littleton, Colorado. This position is a full-time, exempt position, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $120,000. The Associate Attorney will report to the Managing Attorney and be part of the CO Attorneys team.

The primary role of the Associate Attorney is to understand and execute all client policies and procedures, as well as research and understand relevant laws, regulations, and court rules. They will also be responsible for preparing and managing cases, attending court hearings, consulting with client witnesses, completing discovery processes, filing motions and submissions, and supervising paralegals. The Associate Attorney must also initiate and maintain open communication with the firm and clients, keep the firm informed of any issues with workflow or policy changes, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

## Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited school and be admitted to the practice in the State of Colorado. They must also possess superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and knowledge of the litigation process from suit filing through judgment enforcement. Experience in creditor’s rights law is a plus. The Associate Attorney must be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn. They must also be located in Colorado and able to work within the office.

## Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position involves sitting most of the time and requires close vision, depth perception, and color vision in reading a computer monitor. Clear speech is also needed to communicate on the telephone. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
