Responsibilities and Practice:
- Seeking motivated and experienced Associate focused on Restructuring/Insolvency/Bankruptcy
- Joining growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky office
- Working with premier Restructuring practice on interesting and sophisticated matters
- Experienced with handling restructuring work
- Intelligent, hardworking, excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable
- Bankruptcy Judicial Clerkship experience a plus
- Primarily in-office position with remote work policy in certain instances

Other Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
