- Seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 5+ years of experience
- Significant experience in M&A, with additional experience in venture capital and general corporate transactional representations preferred
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills required
- Must be team-oriented and capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, and managing client interactions and work product
- Willing to work the hours expected of a fast-paced, busy practice
- Industry experience in energy and/or renewable energy and private equity transactions is a plus
