Responsibilities for this role include learning about various types of immigration matters, performing tasks related to case preparation and filing, communicating with foreign nationals and clients, meeting deadlines, and compiling and summarizing data. The ideal candidate will have a client-service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing role is required.
