Law Firm is Looking for an Asset Management Associate

Law Firm is looking for an Asset Management Associate with private equity fund formation experience between Classes of 2020 and 2018 to join the Asset Management team in either DC or NY (with a preference for DC). The salary offered will be based on a number of factors, including the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.


Heading 1: Asset Management Associate

Law Firm is searching for an Asset Management Associate with private equity fund formation experience between Classes of 2020 and 2018 to join the Asset Management team in either DC or NY (with a preference for DC). The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong knowledge of the private equity industry.

Heading 2: Job Responsibilities

The Asset Management Associate will be responsible for:

* Conducting due diligence investigations into potential investments
* Drafting and reviewing fund documents
* Advising clients on legal and regulatory issues
* Negotiating complex transactions
* Providing legal advice on strategy and operations

Heading 3: Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* A Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* At least two years of relevant experience
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* A strong knowledge of the private equity industry

Heading 4: Salary Range

The salary offered for this position will be based on a number of factors, including the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

The base salary scale for this position is as follows:

* 1st year: $215,000

* 2nd year: $225,000

* 3rd year: $250,000

* 4th year: $295,000

* 5th year: $345,000

* 6th year: $370,000

* 7th year: $400,000

* 8th year: $415,000
