Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Injury Law Attorney to lead and grow its regional injury practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's executive committee to expand its injury practice, which serves a large clientele in the upper Midwest. Location:

• Brookfield, WI

Duties:

• Lead and manage the firm’s injury law practice.
• Provide legal representation and advice in personal injury cases, including litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial work.
• Work closely with the firm’s executive committee to drive growth in the injury practice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and legal representation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies, including leveraging social media marketing.
• Handle client consultations, case assessments, and strategic legal planning.
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Stay current on changes in injury law and legal trends to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in injury law or personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to grow and manage a regional legal practice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with social media marketing strategies or a willingness to engage in firm marketing efforts.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in the relevant state(s).

Skills:

• Strong expertise in personal injury law and litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
