The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing, and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by Identifying current influencers and referral sources. Will be developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals). Identifying local market opportunities for new business development. Should have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. Must have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions. Litigation and estate planning experience is a plus.
