RSM is seeking a Director of AML Regulatory Compliance to join our Risk Consulting team and lead our regulatory compliance practice focused within the financial services industry. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work in New York, Chicago, Washington DC Metro, Philadelphia, or Dallas. As a Director, you will be responsible for driving the client and talent experience within our Regulatory Compliance Risk Consulting team and collaborating with our national financial services industry and sector leaders to provide strategic thought leadership. This role will require a strong understanding of CFPB and FFIEC guidance, as well as experience in managing regulatory compliance for large, complex clients. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to develop and execute a strategic vision in partnership with industry and service line leaders.
