Law Firm Hiring a Transactional Legal Assistant with Corporate and Real Estate Experience

Overview:
- Phoenix law firm seeking a legal assistant for corporate, finance, and commercial real estate transactions

Responsibilities:
- File articles or certificate of incorporation
- Finalize bylaws
- Assist with documents necessary to issue stock certificates
- Assist with amendments to articles or certificate of incorporation
- File annual reports and notices of changes in corporate information
- Familiarity with UCC financial statements and subsequent amendments
- Prepare shell articles of organization and operating agreements for LLCs
- Review letter of intent to begin draft PSA
- Prepare closing and title objection letters
- Completion of forms and title and survey reviews
- Compile information and prepare schedules and exhibits to agreements
- Track dates and tasks

Skills and Qualifications:
- and knowledge of complex issues within corporate and real estate practice areas
- Ability to prioritize assignments and deliver consistent, quality work to attorneys and clients
