Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: - Provide high quality administrative and legal support in a timely manner. - Communicate with clients and assemble intake packets. - Coordinate with co-counsel and experts for upcoming events and deadlines. - Track document and procedural developments in multiple cases. - Schedule depositions for parties, fact witnesses, and experts. - Communicate and track documents with expert witnesses. - Obtain and organize documents and information from clients. - Order and organize medical records for expert review. - Review files and prepare claim forms, discovery responses, and plaintiff fact sheets. - Assist attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. - Manage daily case management and provide general assistance to attorneys and paralegals. - File documents in various court venues. Qualifications: - At least three years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation. - High level of dependability and ability to multi-task. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
