Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Medical Practice Defense Team. With a reputation of success and an award-winning track record, Law Firm is an AV-rated firm based in the Hudson Valley, NY. Our ideal candidate will have two to five-plus years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation (willing to train), and must be interested in working on complex medical malpractice matters.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on complex cases
Conduct depositions
Manage discovery
Demonstrate strong writing skills

Qualifications:

Two to five-plus years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
Interest in working on complex medical malpractice matters
