Duties
Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation and disputes
Provide legal counsel on compliance with employment laws and regulations
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment matters
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment laws
Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law
Must be barred in both Michigan and Illinois
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Experience handling civil litigation matters
Education
Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active bar membership in Michigan and Illinois
