Experience: 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting

Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue complex motions
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist in both jury and bench trials
- Possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials

Qualifications:
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- At least 5 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience
- Strong case management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
