# Government Contracts Associate

PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm, is looking for an experienced Government Contracts Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Washington, . (exceptional applicants outside of the immediate area may be considered).

## Job Description

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with bid protests as well as other areas of federal procurement law. Additional experience may include requests for equitable adjustment and claims, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or other investigations related to federal procurement law. Experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.

## Requirements

* 4-6 years of experience in government contracts
* Extensive experience with bid protests
* Experience with requests for equitable adjustment and claims, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or other investigations related to federal procurement law
* Experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus
* Must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia bar or eligible for prompt admission
