Law Firm Seeking Mid-Level Construction Transactional Associate

Job Title: Mid-Level Construction Transactional Associate
Experience: 4-6 years
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 annually
Location: Any of Hanson Bridgett's five offices within California

Responsibilities:
- Work on complex construction transactions and projects
- Utilize collaborative delivery methods
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Conduct research and writing
- Analyze and problem-solve
- Adapt to different situations and tasks
- Attention to detail and organization

Requirements:
- Distinguished academic background
- CA Bar required
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- High level of analytical skills
