The Atlanta office of Wicker Smith is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced litigation Paralegal to join our team. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in litigation and a paralegal certification preferred, the ideal candidate must also possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and type at least 45 wpm.

As a Paralegal at Wicker Smith, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and assist attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This is a full-time position, requiring the candidate to work in person at our Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Two-year degree required
- Extensive trial preparation experience
- Familiarity with reviewing discovery and obtaining records through NPNP/Subpoenas
- Proficiency in calendaring deadlines and drafting pleadings
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
