Law Firm is seeking a Securities Lit & Enforcement Senior Associate to join their team. This position is open in Washington, DC, New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto, and we will consider candidates in other WilmerHale US offices on a case-by-case basis.

## Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

* Juris Doctor
* Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
* Four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships)
* Experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters.
* Experience in regulatory (., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
