Foley & Lardner LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our Supply Chain practice as an Associate in our Milwaukee or Chicago office. We are open to considering alternate office locations based on business needs and the candidate's experience.

As an Associate in our Supply Chain practice, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, equipment purchase/sale agreements, and professional services agreements. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in this area. Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized and committed to providing excellent client service. You will be expected to manage multiple projects and priorities and develop relationships with colleagues and clients.

We are seeking a hard-working, well-rounded, and motivated attorney who is willing to collaborate with our team on supply chain, commercial transaction, and distribution relationship issues. This includes working with manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and more. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a large law firm, and top academic credentials are required.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) where you are admitted to practice. Timely admission to the bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment. Interested applicants should submit their resume and law school transcript. The starting base salary for this position is $225,000, with actual pay determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
