- Support the Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area
- Handle real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters (experience preferred but not required)
- Work with a team of experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and attend court hearings and trials as needed

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in real property, tax, or litigation
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $145,000
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
