Experienced Appellate Attorney - (6+ years)
The candidates will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform as well as a supportive local office base to expand his/her/their existing client base. Our firm offers flexibility with rates and client service arrangements, with outstanding cross-selling opportunities and autonomy. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and their license must be active and in good standing. Should have clerked in an appellate court, preferably a federal appellate court; written appellate briefs in state and federal court; Has a desire to grow and expand current client base and legal experience; Should be admitted to the appellate bar of one or more federal circuit courts; and Has a self-sufficient portable book of business ($400,000+) with the ability to support other's clients.
