As a paralegal in our law firm's private labor and employment department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including single plaintiff claims and class and representative actions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team and help us provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

H2: Essential Job Duties

- Manage assigned cases from start to finish, including tasks such as discovery, trial, and post-trial work
- Assist in preparing discovery requests and responses
- Conduct document review and productions
- Provide support for dispositive motions and prepare exhibits and citations
- Perform background and social media searches
- Create timelines and chronologies

H2: Qualifications/Requirements

- Paralegal Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting
- Proficient in Excel with strong data entry skills
- Excellent proofreading abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a strong commitment to client service
- Ability to research and analyze large amounts of data
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed

H2: Salary Information

- Full-time position
- Annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000

- Paralegal Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting

- To support our private labor and employment law team
