Overview:

Greenspoon Marder, a leading law firm, is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney for our Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton office. We are looking for experienced attorneys with 5-15 years of experience in complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and trusts & estates administration. A LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning and Florida Bar membership are required for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on complex estate planning matters
- Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, asset protection, and trusts & estates administration
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to trusts & estates
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

- 5-15 years of experience in trust & estates law
- LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning
- Florida Bar membership
- Strong understanding of estate planning, asset protection, and trusts & estates administration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
