Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in both Maryland and Pennsylvania
- 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law
- Strong knowledge of Maryland and Pennsylvania workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Experience with employer liability claims is a plus
- Admission to other jurisdictions, such as West Virginia, Washington ., and Virginia, is also a plus
