You will also need to analyze the competitive and regulatory landscape within client-specific industries and advise on corporate governance and general corporate principles. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with business people, investment professionals, and other stakeholders. Experience and Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have 4-5 years of relevant experience with a strong interest in corporate and M&A work. You must also be licensed to practice law in Nebraska or currently eligible to become licensed. Experience with drafting transaction documents and conducting due diligence reviews is essential.
