The Koley Jessen Law Firm is seeking a highly experienced Attorney to join our Mergers and Acquisitions practice team. This position offers the opportunity to work on major transactions across the country, providing creative solutions to company mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals. As a member of our expert team, you will have access to the resources of a large firm while delivering personalized and multi-dimensional guidance to our clients.

Collaborative and Strategic Mindset

We are looking for an Attorney who can collaborate with clients to develop strategies that meet their specific business goals. You will also need to analyze the competitive and regulatory landscape within client-specific industries and advise on corporate governance and general corporate principles. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with business people, investment professionals, and other stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have 4-5 years of relevant experience with a strong interest in corporate and M&A work. You must also be licensed to practice law in Nebraska or currently eligible to become licensed. Experience with drafting transaction documents and conducting due diligence reviews is essential. We are seeking candidates with excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
