Duties:

• Manage and handle litigation cases with a focus on professional liability
• Conduct thorough discovery and witness interviews
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other professionals within the firm
• Provide strategic counsel on complex legal matters
• Keep up to date with changes in law and regulations that affect litigation practice
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong background in federal court procedures
• Proven ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analysis
• Comfort in a courtroom setting with a desire to engage in trial work
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• License to practice law in Kentucky (required)
