As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of antitrust matters, including merger clearance, cartel investigations, and compliance counseling. - Handling antitrust litigation, transactional antitrust matters, and investigations before the FTC and state attorneys general
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree
- Three to four years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships)
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based
- Demonstrated experience with antitrust litigation, transactional antitrust matters, and investigations before the FTC and state attorneys general
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
