## Patent Litigation Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the 2nd through 6th year associate class for its patent litigation group in its Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, NY or SF office.

### Qualifications

-
- Experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation (preferred)
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Desire to excel in a large law firm environment
- Licensed and in good standing in the state they wish to practice in (or prepared to sit for and pass the bar exam)

### Salary and Benefits

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $215,000 to a maximum of $330,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
