Job Title: Civil Litigation Paralegal

Salary: Competitive salary based on skills, experience, and contributions to the firm

Responsibilities:
- Draft letters, invoices, documents, reports, etc. for attorney review
- Obtain medical records from clients and health care facilities
- Communicate with clients for updates and information/document gathering
- Update case management system and other tracking methodologies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure files are updated
- Update attorney calendar
- Prepare and send correspondence as directed
- Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in Atlanta office
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Litigation, and Trucking/Automobile defense preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and ethical standards
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar, as well as client service skills
- Experience with e-filing and MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
