Job Duties:

• Represent clients in matrimonial and family law matters.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and agreements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in matrimonial/family law.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Strong understanding of matrimonial and family law procedures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
