Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- E-file with various court systems and record documents
- Maintain client and case files
- Correspond with clients and provide updates
- Manage deadlines and adhere to legal timelines
- Organize and maintain calendars for the group
- Prepare reports for attorneys

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a heavy workload
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients
- Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required, internship experience a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

- Entry-level position with a starting salary of $18/hour
