About the Position:
- Location: Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Denver, or Toronto
- Experience: Three to six years of corporate attorney experience
- Practice areas: Public company governance, public offerings, registered direct offerings, PIPE offerings, Nasdaq and NYSE compliance, and public mergers and acquisitions
- Required qualifications: Securities Act and Exchange Act experience, experience in a large law firm, and at least one . bar admission
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Top academic credentials

Salary Information:
- Denver applicants: $215,000 - $270,000 (based on experience)
- Eligible for Dorsey's associate bonus program (conditions and restrictions apply)
