## Real Estate Construction Associate (Mid-Senior) - Law Firm Miami Law Firm is looking for a mid to senior level Associate to join the National Construction Practice from our Miami office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. ### Job Requirements The ideal candidate should possess the following: * A minimum of four years of experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts related to real estate development * Experience with construction, design or development contracts is preferred, but is not required * Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and communication skills * Comfortable working directly with clients and must work well with others * Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar * Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but is not required ### Salary and Benefits Law Firm offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package for this position. ### Application To apply, please submit a resume, official transcript(s), and one or two writing samples all in PDF format.
