## Business Litigation Attorney - Hodgson Russ LLP
Hodgson Russ LLP, an Am Law 200 firm, is searching for a Florida-licensed Business Litigation Attorney with ten or more years of experience in commercial matters and proven courtroom experience for its West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate must have experience in deposition, motion, and trial in breach of contract and related litigation matters. Experience with cybersecurity issues is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent a diverse array of clients including domestic and international businesses and individuals in commercial disputes of all types throughout the county
- Handle contested proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings, motions, and appeals before the New York, Florida, and New Jersey trial and appellate courts, the federal district courts, as well as the . Courts of Appeals

**Qualifications**
- Must be a Florida-licensed attorney with ten or more years of experience in commercial matters
- Proven courtroom experience
- Deposition, motion, and trial experience in breach of contract and related litigation matters
- Experience with cybersecurity issues is a plus
