As our trademark associate, you will have the opportunity to:

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of . and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience
- Experience in copyright law
- Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff
- Enthusiasm for working within a team-oriented environment

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $225,000 - $260,000, dependent on qualifications and experience
