## Hiring for Tax Associate with 5+ Years of Tax Experience

A leading law firm is looking for a Tax Associate with 5+ years of tax experience to join their national practice. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with cutting-edge technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises.

The ideal candidate should have a superior academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a great work ethic. Mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance experience is preferred.

The Tax Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients on a wide range of tax matters. This includes equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements, and both domestic and international tax planning.

## Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $345,000 – $415,000, depending on year classification. In addition, discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
