Overview:

? Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice in Las Vegas.
? The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience representing healthcare providers.
? Admitted to practice in Nevada is required.
? Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred.
? The firm represents a wide range of healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
? Lewis Brisbois has one of the largest healthcare practices in the country, with over 200 attorneys.
? The successful candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

? Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
? Draft and argue motions.
? Take and defend depositions.

Qualifications:

? Admitted to practice in Nevada.
? At least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience representing healthcare providers.
? Strong writing and analytical skills.
? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
? Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
