Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Legal Assistant and Probate Paralegal for multiple attorneys specializing in estate planning, trust, wills, and probate matters. - Manage case files, digital files, deadlines, and schedules. - Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and maintain databases. - Prepare and file legal documents with courts. - Assist in the preparation of estate plans, trusts, wills, and other legal documents. - Conduct transcription with precision and confidentiality. - Enter billable hours and expenses accurately. - Process invoices and track payments.
