With offices strategically located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of legal professionals.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least one to three years of experience as a practicing attorney in real property, tax, or litigation. While experience in handling real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters is highly regarded, it is not a requirement. However, candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York State and possess strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

As a Property Tax & Condemnation Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the firm's Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area. This includes assisting with real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters.
