# Civil Litigation Attorneys at Law Firm
Law Firm is seeking experienced Civil Litigation Attorneys to join our practice groups in Nebraska. We are looking for committed team players with strong litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, excellent academic backgrounds, and proven research skills.

## Job Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in Nebraska
* Licensed to practice in Nebraska
* Driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
* Possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
* Trial experience is preferred, but not required

## Job Responsibilities
* Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions
* Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
* Advise clients on business and legal transactions
* Negotiate settlements of legal disputes
* Appear in court to argue motions and defend clients
