Paralegal/Sr Legal Services Specialist (Regulatory/FDA Law) – Hybrid or Remote:

- Support UnitedHealth Group's technology operations and regulated businesses with a collaborative Legal Team
- Research and analyze regulations, guidance documents, and industry practices related to digital health technology
- Assist with drafting and administering internal procedures, policies, and assessments for regulated products and activities
- Support Legal with marketing and promotional material reviews
- Monitor and analyze the impact of changing regulations on product regulation
- Contribute to dissemination of regulatory intelligence on relevant topics

Salary Information:
- $70,200 to $137,800 annually
- Based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications

Experience Information:

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day paralegal and legal services support for the Legal Team
- Work closely with cross-business and functional stakeholders on regulatory and quality management systems
- Assist with managing critical legal and regulatory documents and communications
- Support initial screenings and intake process for health technology products and related matters
- Assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting of metrics
- Create and prepare meeting materials, presentations, trainings, and other documentations



Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in or supporting a regulated industry
- Preferred experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, medical devices (including software), or equivalent in a regulated industry
- Familiarity with document management systems used in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective task and project management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
