Experience: 3-6 years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters

Responsibilities:
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, reinsurance, and other strategic transactions for some of the nation's largest insurance industry clients
- Manage multiple transactions concurrently with minimal supervision
- Engage with insurance industry groups and participate in business development opportunities
- Produce top quality work with excellent writing and analytical skills

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactional matters
- Preference for experience in the insurance industry, but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and produce high-quality work
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
