Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters at the local, state, and federal levels, including trial and appellate levels.
- Possess a strong knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and evidence.
- Exposure to investigations and/or white collar matters is a plus.
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on case developments.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents.
- Meet billable hour requirements and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:
- Three to six years of experience in commercial litigation.
- preferred.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Strong knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and evidence.
- Experience with investigations and/or white collar matters is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to contribute to business development efforts.
